Incorporated in 1908 and nestled in the foothills of the Ramapo Mountains about twenty miles northwest of New York City, Ramsey is a six square mile Borough with some 14,500 residents. Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade & Closure Fund (UST Fund, a grant and loan program available to both homeowners and commercial property owners for funding remediation of contamination cause by leaking underground storage tanks.
