The Fine Arts Council was formed to foster an interest in the arts and to enhance the cultural life of the Ramsey community through the coordination of, participation in, and presentation of quality visual and performing arts programs for residents of all ages.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 PM at the Municipal Building.
